Items are shipped to the delivery address indicated when making your order.
Prices given on the site are inclusive of tax, but do not take account
of shipping charges. Shipping charges are determined by the French
postal service, depending on the overall weight of the order. The
total price of the order is subject to a surcharge of 0.30 euros
to cover handling costs.
Transit times
Transit times are the standard delivery times of the French postal service, and depend on the destination :
 France
:
standard delivery: 3/4 days
premium delivery (Colissimo): 2 days
Europe
: 5/6 days
Outside
Europe : 7 days
All orders are dispatched via the French postal service. Fargo cannot
be held responsible for any consequence of a delay in transit. On
receipt of the order, you should check the conformity and the condition
of the items. If any problem is encountered, whatever its nature,
you should inform us, within 48 hours, by e-mail (mailorder@fargorecords.com)
or by phone (+33 1 48 05 70 40).
If an item has suffered visible damage in transit, you should refuse
receipt and contact us. Replacement can only be considered in the
case of irreparable damage: defective disc, damaged booklet. A cracked
jewel case is not deemed to constitute irreparable damage..
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours
of receipt of payment, on condition that all items ordered
are currently in stock.
In accordance with article L 121-16 of the French consumer code,
the purchaser has a retraction period of seven days from delivery
of the order to return the product to the vendor for exchange
or refund without incurring any cost other than the return shipping
charge. The product returned must be in its original condition,
and may be checked in order to detect any anomaly of a fraudulent
nature.
In accordance with articles 105 and 106 of French commercial
law, our products are shipped at the risk of the addressee. Fargo
cannot be held responsible for any damage linked to extreme transit
conditions or a delivery delay due to the shipping service.
